lovely hotel with amazing food
delicious food amazing view complete equipment huge variety
this hotel was a great experience. the food was delicious with a huge variety of options, i especially loved the snack bar. the hotel gave me a lovely room on the 9th floor that had an amazing view. the gym was great and had all the equipment i needed for my workouts.
the room cleaning could have been better, as it often happened late in the afternoon and sometimes the floors were not cleaned to my expectation. however, the staff were always quick to address any concerns i had.

the hotel features very easy access to the sea with a handy beach bar. the hotel is located in a good area, only three minutes from the sea.

the outdoor pool area features well-kept facilities that are suitable for relaxation. the hotel provides excellent recreational activities throughout the day for all ages. guests can use the spa, suna, the indoor pool and steam room.

rooms feature good views with options for both sea and mountain views. the rooms offer adequate comfort with well-appointed interiors. amenities in the room included toiletries, slippers, robes, tea, and coffee.

poor soundproofing limited drinks
i found a couple of things a bit off. first, the soundproofing in my 'standard double room side sea view' was not great. i could hear everything (and i mean everything) from the hallway and even the tv from the next room. plus, while the food variety at the buffet was decent, the drink selection was a bit underwhelming. it felt more like a basic bar than a 5-star experience (but maybe my expectations were too high).

staff was friendly. food had variety and good taste. i appreciated the convenient private car park. lobby bar was awesome so i went there often.
the hotel is old so the facilities is below a 5 star hotel. there was a hole between the window frame and a wall. wind blew in the room through it.

this hotel is in the heart of the tourist area. it provides easy access to nearby attractions. getting around was simple. i found many dining options near the area.

the staff responded to requests quickly. they also addressed any concerns. their attention to detail enhanced our stay a LOT. i appreciated their help and attention.

the junior suite was spacious enough for a family. the beds were comfortable. i had no problem getting a good night's sleep. the room included a mini-fridge.
